Setting short, medium and long-term realistic goals provide the motivation and stepping stones to propel us forward
I look back at my athletes and what they have accomplished and how that enriched their year and mine and give gratitude for this.
It’s easy for us to jump immediately into the new year without appreciating what we accomplished throughout the past 12 months
It’s easy for life to derail our sports plans but these are just a fraction of what makes us happy and successful as humans
We strive for too much sometimes and don’t give thanks for the small victories along the way that make up the bigger picture
It’s important to acknowledge these
I’m lucky to work with a vast array of athletes and clients with very different backgrounds and histories with the sport
